The Biology Conservation Research and Community Service Group (KERISBIOKON) is a research and community service group focused on the conservation of various living organisms. KERISBIOKON strives to develop concrete strategies and solutions for managing ecosystem and species conservation, as well as integrating research and community service findings into the development of learning related to biological conservation.

Objectives

To develop effective restoration efforts for endangered species

To conduct bio-conservation studies, particularly in national parks across East Java

To examine biodiversity and its relationship with global climate change

To develop innovative, creative, and engaging learning approaches within the context of life-based learning in ecology, habitat exploration, and bioconservation

To produce publications in accredited national journals and reputable international journals

To implement research findings through community service activities
